2011-2012 SCYWA Cards are required! 2010-11 cards expired on 5/31/2011.

Admission: Adults $5 Children free

Weigh-ins: 4pm-6pm
Wrestling Starts at 7:30pm

Folkstyle rules, one 3 minute period. Wrestlers will be brought back to their feet if no action on mat.

Wrestlers will be in a pool format and should get 4-6 matches.

Round robin grouping

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: 
* Online pre-Registration and payment are required. 
* Registration will open on June 15th and is limited to 400 wrestlers. 
* Registration is $25. 
* Wrestlers should only register for one weight class. 
* All Wrestlers and must have a current NUWAY or USA card.

Division 1 (2007/2006/2005): 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 75, HWT.
Division 2 (2004, 2003): 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 90, HWT.
Division 3 (2002, 2001): 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 103, 112, 120, 130, HWT.
Division 4 (2000, 1999): 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 112, 120, 130, 140, HWT.
Division 5 (6th-8th): 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130,140, 150, 160, 180, HWT.

6.23.11 @ 21:07 3 main points! SCYWA Membership cards expired on 5/31/2011. 2011-12 cards are now required. Age groups for 2011-2012 have been updated. High School weight classes have been adjusted per new National High School guidelines.

6.29.11 @ 17:09 got quetion about grouping if my divion 1 45-50 is only one to sign up will he be bumped up to divion 2 and what are your grouping rules dont want my 50 pound 5 yearold to have to wrestle 7 year old 65 pounder and last year this was the case 15 pound is to much wieght at this age also if you register at d1 50 but weigh in at say 44 would you be grouped to 65?

6.30.11 @ 18:15 @Joseph, We will try to get every wrestler grouped with kids close to their weights. It all depends on the registrations. As we get closer to the tournament we will have a feel of how the groupings will be. Keep monitoring this site for the registrations and on thurs or friday before the tournament if it looks like his division will be light email me at wrestlingunderthelights@gmail.com and I will be able to give you good Idea were your child will be at. Please do not hold off from registering. We will refund your money if things do not work out.
